Humans of Humanly

Being grateful is a whisper to the ‘universe/fate/what ever you believe in’ to say thanks so much for that which brings me joy and I would like some more please! More is always possible if we believe in it.

Three years ago, I set out with excitement, ambition and lots of courage, to establish Humanly. Each of these three years has offered something new, hard lessons, fulfilling and elating experiences but mostly relationships that are rich, meaningful and full of joy! For all that I am thankful and I would like to share more about what more Humanly is developing into next, more people , more potential, more value and more impact.

I have worked with clients who believe in a more human way to lead.

I have coached leaders in groups who opened up with curiosity and courage to explore how they lead and grow together. I have worked 1-1 with leaders who needed that extra companionship on their journey to growing into a human leader, I am honoured to have walked that path with you. I have helped leaders and teams to have difficult conversations, feedback conversations.

I have learned and grown

I have made friends that I have never met, I have found friends that I have met and partnered with, in a team of incredible associates. I have found a community in The Human Leadership Collective that meets to support each other in our belief and actions towards a more human way to lead and communicate.

I have learned more about the work that brings the most value to clients, I have integrated tools like the MirrorMirror alignment diagnostic that helps teams to tackle alignment gaps together,

I have given more with generosity in judging awards, speaking at events and on podcasts and volunteering more in my Vice Chair position for CIPR Inside.

And now there is space to do more.

Our relationships and connections make our world and our work more fulfilling and creates more impact. The strength of Humanly is in its humans, those who care about and have the skills to help develop more human leaders and organisations… meet those humans here!

I warmly introduce to you a group of associates who bring their own sets of skills and experiences to enhance the work that Humanly can do. This means the ability to do more and add more value to Humanly’s clients.
