 What is human leadership?

Definition {Humanly}: From a human point of view, in a human manner.

The style of a leader, what they embody on the inside, only comes to life, when they start to communicate. Leadership lives in the followers, so the collective is about not only leadership inner development - from human view point, but how they bring to life a human way of communicating- in a human manner.

We explore topics such as:

  • Authenticity- the bridge between trust and truth

  • Compassion- spaces to invite feelings and create space to allow us to let go with grace

  • Curiosity- Notice our thinking, seek learning and explore possibilites that come up when we let go of who we have been, to make space for who we want to be.

  • Courage and courageous leadership- the role of vulnerability

  • Creativity- our lost skill- unblocking through a 12 week programme

  • And more

Many leaders and organisational cultures are not there yet, communication is a challenge, especially during change. But more change is coming.

We believe that we can tackle problems when we share them and work together toward integrated and human solutions.
