Build a Positive Environment, Health and Safety Culture
Tasked to enhance the reach, visibility, influence and impact of leaders and specialists to enable safety goals and habits for success.We worked with this client to deeply understand the need, impacts and human influences, we created an in-depth stakeholder map to map the distance between current mindsets and behaviours and what we want. These insights formed the foundation of our strategic communication approach, messaging and foundations for a culture of safety. We included; listening to stakeholders, visual content, individual ownership and building a culture of dialogue.

European Agency
A department where we belong, understand each other and connect.
This team of 25 people experienced changes to leadership and structure and were going through another restructure. There have been changes at management level, against a background of the global pandemic, hybrid working and all the while maintaining business continuity.
They wanted support in moving from strong sub-team relationships, sharing and working as individuals; towards interdependency, sharing and collaboration. This required an open culture of communication with high quality listening, alignment of priorities and ongoing healthy ways of working with each other.
