The Model
An approach to regenerate for better human connection.
The objective of this model is to create more human connection through a process of regeneration from the inside, to make change happen on the outside.
Humans by nature seek connection, we thrive when we have connection and struggle when we have disconnection. This model has formed through years of discovery, through evidence and wisdom from: psychology, indigenous wisdom, human nature and evolution.
Self- In the centre is the self. This is about self-consciousness and self-connection
Compassion for ourselves and for others.
Curiosity, the space for awe and wonder, for learning and open-mindedness.
Courage is that moment when we are moving through fear, releasing doubt, pushing away comparison, listening to anxiety but embracing it.
Creativity is the human ability to connect the seemingly disconnected, to think outside the box. But also to dream and be inspired, to create meaning and stories.
We work to move from Exploit and Deplete to Stabilize and Sustain
BUT
