Human UP

I am exciting to share with you a session that I will be running soon…

Human UP

I have spoken on the topic at events for coaches such as ICF International Coaching Week in May this year. For Communication professsionals at #CommsHeroWeek in October. The response has been really encouraging that I wanted to put a 90 minute session together.

The session is the essence of some of the best work I have done with leaders and teams, it has helped them to pause and think about how they lead and communicate and I hope it helps you too.
The session is designed for leaders, communication professionals and coaches who are all seeking the inner human.
Everyday, I see new evidence that we need a more human way to lead and communicate. To help connect humans to each other and the planet we are living on.
All this has inspired me to run quarterly low cost workshops to keep spreading and sharing what I believe can help us to 'Human UP'

This 90 minute workshop is €40.00 and will repeat once a quarter.

MORE ABOUT  'HUMAN UP'

This session is about sharing what I have learned and experienced about human leadership and communication.

In 90 minutes we will start to explore; the call for humans with influence to lead and communicate in a more human way.
This is often a challenge, especially during change, conflict and shifts in culture.

WHEN WE LEAD FROM A HUMAN PLACE AND COMMUNICATE IN A HUMAN WAY, WE CREATE MORE AND BETTER HUMAN CONNECTION.
WITH THAT CONNECTION, WE CAN DO MORE AND DO BETTER AS INDIVIDUALS BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY AS A COLLECTIVE.

Leadership is hard. Often, promotion cycles thrust people into positions of influence without working out what kind of leader they are and want to be. Sometimes we copy a style we admire, react to the environment around us, or we are simply doing the best we know. But the people they lead can see through it and this results in low trust and a lack of psychological safety, belonging and that light behind their eyes dims.

Then add to that; the nature and future of workplaces, mass resignations, the push for inclusion, social and environmental responsibility and we require leaders to have emotional intelligence and listen well to the people they lead, manage difficult conversations and give feedback well.

So what can you do? In this session we will:

  • Learn what human leadership looks like and what gets in the way

  • Explore the skills that enable leaders to communicate Humanly, with authenticity, emotional intelligence, compassion and curiosity to lead the people in our organisations through change, conflict and culture change.

  • Pick up some coaching tips and exercises you can take your leaders and leadership teams through to help them Human up.

This workshop aims to spark enough inspiration and ideas to get you going towards supporting an growing human leadership and communication.
