Exciting news! I have just launched my online workshops to help you understand and develop your cultural intelligence.
Cultural WHAT????

Join me to learn how to confidently lead with cultural humility and curiosity to create psychological safety for all at work and in life.

If your organisation is global, international or multi-national, you are going to face the of navigating culture. Your corporate values, equality, diversity and inclusion policies may adorn the walls but are they felt in the hearts of every employee. Culture is all about people and communication.

It starts with every leader. It starts with you.

Culture is what we do around here, what we share, our values, beliefs, what we agree on and what connects us. You can’t see it and we don’t talk about it.

It is the smell of the place.

Cultural Intelligence is about developing skills, our motivation to learn with curiosity to widen our knowledge, become aware of our difference and how we and others react and interact and seek build skills and plans to do better.

MY AIM IS TO CULTIVATE A MINDSET OF CONFIDENT CULTURAL HUMILITY, TO BUILD AND GROW LEADERS WHO USE HUMAN LEADERSHIP TO DO BETTER EVERY DAY.

MISTAKES WE MAKE

When we don't work on our cultural intelligence we risk creating more division, inequality and exclusion.

One of the biggest pitfalls is that we are simply unaware of the existence and power that culture has on us and each other.

Culture is invisible after all! Because we don't see it we can side-track conversations, get defensive, pay lip service to just appease the process or just simply stop talking. That is because our first response is to stop, freeze and do nothing.

By doing nothing we are validating inequalities and biases and we miss our chance to have better relationships and connections.

So lets face this head on and build the intelligence to navigate cultural difference and build spaces where people can be themselves.

I have designed a 90 minute introduction and a four-week masterclass where we will explore who you are and your own motivations to build cultural intelligence. Learn about levels of cultural intelligence maturity and explore the importance of language and communication in forming culture.

WHO THIS IS FOR?

This workshop is designed for leaders and mangers at any level but also for communication and human resources professionals who want to develop the essential skills need to navigate culture.

THE BENEFITS
Cultural intelligence is a skill, one that we can develop.

If we can understand our own cultures and sub-cultures, then we can understand and manage how our culture influences the way we work with other people.

We can learn to navigate diversity and build up the ability to bridge the divides that exist between people so we can thrive in multiple cultures. As leaders and communicators you can learn how to better manage the complexity of culture and be prepared to have conversations about issues in a way that brings people together and makes progress.

When you work on cultural intelligence you also create teams and organisations that have:

- More inclusive cultures that welcome diversity of any kind.
- Spaces that have better psychological safety- where people feel free to speak their mind.
-  More potential for innovation with open minded and learning mindsets.
- Better relationships and communication with listening and curiosity at their heart.

Overall working on your cultural intelligence can help you to create spaces where you and others can achieve their potential at work.
