What:

Develop a Communication skills coaching programme from an existing static training, Develop and deliver a train-the- trainer globally. 

How:

We designed and rolled out a three tiered programme:

  • Self help tools and processes to help competent and confident leaders and managers to sharpen and align their communication skills and narrative.

  • Developed modularise training and coaching programmes for leaders that connects to and enables the operationalisation of the corporate strategy and objectives, 

  • Train and support communication professionals with coaching skills to upgrade the whole function

Build a Positive Environment, Health and Safety Culture 

Tasked to enhance the reach, visibility, influence and impact of leaders and specialists to enable safety goals and habits for success.We worked with this client to deeply understand the need, impacts and human influences, we created an in-depth stakeholder map to map the distance between current mindsets and behaviours and what we want. These insights formed the foundation of our strategic communication approach, messaging and foundations for a culture of safety. We included; listening to stakeholders, visual content, individual ownership and building a culture of dialogue.
