Five reasons to hire a coach

what could you do, if you had the space to think?

Need a coach?

We all need and deserve all the support and space to be intentional with the life we have. We might be living the life we ‘ended up’ in but we can also be more focused on the life we design, on purpose.

Coaching gave me a thinking space, a healthy environment for reflection and positive movement in the direction I designed.

This was my first calling to hire a coach. What is yours?

Maybe you have thought about hiring a coach, maybe you even are a coach.

"Everyone needs a coach. We all need people that give us feedback. That’s how we improve" - Bill Gates

Here are my top 5 reasons for hiring a coach.

  1. Stuck, blocked or at a crossroads – There are moments where you are unsure about what you want and where to go next. Coaching can help you to get clarity and plot your way ahead in a healthy way.

  2. Improve personal performance – Sports athletes and musicians hire coaches to improve their talents and work on their strengths, so why not any other profession. Much of this is about working on your mindset to be at, and reach for the best version of yourself.

  3. Improve relationships and connection to people who matter. Our emotional intelligence and human skills can get a boost when we make time to reflect and design our most important relationships

  4. Build self-awareness- find out about your thoughts, beliefs, feeling and behaviours that pass by in day-to-day life that could be impacting on you and your relationships. This can also uncover some blind spots; things that other people know about you, that you are not even aware of!

  5. To surface and manage beliefs that are limiting you from your awesomeness!

"Coaching helps you stop the crazy mind chatter in your head that tells you all the time that you're not good enough" - Oprah Winfrey
